LIMS 09: Beatles strap and pick range

Guitars, News / Wed 10th Jun 2009 12:18 pm

waves-beatles-thumb1The Beatles are widely considered to be the most creative, diverse and influential group in pop history. Now Planet Waves honours the Mop Tops and their artistry with a one-of-a-kind collection of guitar picks and straps. The designs of the straps feature the album artwork and signature images that define the spirit of the Fab Four that lives on as strongly today as 40 years ago. With artwork from every period of the Beatles illustrious career, these straps are also (we are told) vegan friendly. The picks are available in a multiple pick set for playing, displaying and collecting.

D’Addario and its UK supplier, Summerfield, have chosen LIMS as its launch pad for The Beatles strap line and dealers can visit the D’Addario/Planet Waves/Summerfield stand (G34) to see the range.

Initial UK strap stocks have already arrived and the picks will launch in mid-July.

The Beatles strap line is an extension of Planet Waves’ successful licensed strap and pick range, which now includes Woodstock, Alchemy, Lethal Threat, McWhite, Joe Satriani and Pat Metheny.

All Planet Waves licensed straps and picks will be on display at LIMS with exclusive LIMS dealer offers.

Dealer info on the complete range of licensed straps including the new Beatles straps can be found in the dealer area of the Summerfield website.
